We supported the design and delivery of a pop-up event space for a high-profile social media brand activation in Oxford St. London.

Creating a space where digital became physical by combining style, strategy and speed to help bring the experience to life.

Our Role

Brought in by the lead creative agency from the outset of the project, we supported both the conceptual development and production stages of the activation. Working in close collaboration with the event team, our involvement included:

  • Translating a strong visual identity into physical, event-ready concept

  • Spatial layout support for visitor flow and brand storytelling

  • Technical artworking across signage, props and large-format graphics

  • On-site install guidance and support during final delivery

Outcome

The event saw strong footfall and widespread engagement both in person and online, with a fast-paced turnaround and multiple partners working in tandem. We played a hands-on role in ensuring brand consistency and quality execution across the experience.
